Welcome to our new Support Center experience!

 

We're thrilled to announce that we have switched to Freshdesk as our new Customer Service Suite provider, which promises enhanced features and a more streamlined user experience. Our commitment to providing you with the best possible service is why we've made this change. Our previous provider served us well for a time, but as we grow, so do our needs.


We're currently in the process of migrating our knowledge base articles from the old system to a new, more user-friendly platform. As we transition to this improved system, we ask for your patience. We're working diligently to ensure all our resources are transferred accurately and become available to you as swiftly as possible. Should you have trouble finding any information during this period, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for personal assistance. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to bring you a better experience with our new knowledge base.

While we possess all the data from our previous system, we believe not all of it needs to make the journey over. Consequently, users will need to re-register on our new platform. We understand this may cause a slight inconvenience, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. If you have a need to access your previous ticket data, we're here to help. We understand the importance of historical information and are committed to ensuring you have what you need. Should you require any of your past ticket data to be restored from the previous system, please reach out to us. We are putting a process in place to accommodate such requests and will aim to have your data available to you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we're dedicated to making this transition as smooth and responsive to your needs as possible.
